New CEO joins Advalight

Ole brings more than 25 years of global MedTech experience, having held senior leadership roles at companies like Medtronic, Globus Medical, Synaptive Medical, and GetSet Surgical across International markets and the United States. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in commercial strategy, market expansion, and scaling businesses.
